Cupressus sempervirens
Distilled from the twigs and foliage of the cypress tree, cypress essential oil is popularly used to ease breathing as well as a throat gargle. It can be used to ease tight, tense muscles, and used topically to support localized blood flow*. A blend of cypress and grapefruit is used in spa therapies for beautifying legs and hips. For aromatic or topical use.

Possible Uses-
• Diffuse, inhale, or gargle at the first signs of throat
discomfort.
• Rub on the chest with Fractionated Coconut
Oil to support healthy breathing.
• Apply to tight, sore muscles or use with a carrier oil
for massage.
• Mix together Cypress and Grapefruit essential oil
with Fractionated Coconut Oil and rub on
problem areas to help give skin a firmer, more
youthful appearance.
• Add one to two drops to toner to help reduce oily skin conditions.
• Cypress also has been used to help stop bed-wetting in children with success. Massage 2-4 drops on the lower stomach area on top of the bladder each night before bed.
• For help with my high blood pressure, I rub Cypress on my chest right over my heart. My blood pressure has been normal now for weeks. Usually, it was too high or too low and inconsistent even with two prescribed medications. Now since I've been using Cypress, my blood pressure has stayed steady at a normal level! It seriously is amazing.

Precautions- Cypress Essential Oil is a possible skin irritant. Conduct a skin test prior to application. If necessary dilute with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or olive oil. Use with care during pregnancy and breast feeding and always ask a medical expert before use.
