Cinnamomum cassia
Cassia, a close relative of cinnamon, is notable for its wonderful fragrance. Mentioned in the Old Testament, cassia has literally been used for thousands of years both for its fragrance and calming properties. For aromatic or topical use.


Benefits-

• Promotes healthy digestion including helping with diarrhea and constipation

• Supports healthy immune function
• Warming, uplifting aroma

• Diffuse to help ease cold and flu symptoms

• Helps aid as a circulatory stimulant for arthritic or rheumatic pain

Possible Uses-
• Add one drop to citrus blends or diffuse with Clove and 
Ginger during Fall and Winter.

• Take one to two drops in veggie capsules for added 
immune support when seasonal threats are high.

• Combine one drop with Fractionated Coconut 
Oil and apply to sore, achy joints.

• Combine one to two drops along with Lemon in a glass 

of water to aid digestion or ward off hunger cravings.


Precautions- Consult your physician or any medical expert before use by those who are pregnant or nursing. Take care when using on small children.  Cassia Essential Oil can be a possible skin irritant.  Conduct a skin test prior to use and if necessary dilute with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or olive oil.
